A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Account Executive located in Johor to handle full set accounts, prepare financial reports, and maintain accounting compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Accounting or related fields and possess 2–4 years of experience with accounts payable and receivable. Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel is essential. This position offers a collaborative environment focused on financial integrity and compliance.
Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
Prepare monthly financial reports, journals, and schedules
Monitor customer invoices, collections, and aging reports
Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation
Perform bank reconciliation and month-end closing
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
Assist in audit, tax, and statutory submissions when required
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies
