Duty Manager – Guest Experience & Front Office (Luxury Resort)
Job summary
A luxury resort in Penang is seeking a Service Manager - Duty Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance guest experiences, and lead the Front Office team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hotel management background, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. This position requires a friendly leader who enjoys working in a team. Only Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered for this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within a hotel.
- Strong leadership skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and enhance guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the hotel.
- Supervise and direct the Front Office team.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure safety of guests.
