We are looking for a Operations Manager to lead and coordinate sales, operations, and administrative activities across our outlets. You will oversee daily business operations, monitor sales performance, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure smooth coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales and operational activities for all outlets to ensure smooth and efficient business flow.
  • Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring the team achieves monthly and annual targets.
  • Plan and implement sales strategies.
  • Review and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for management decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and retail operation standards.
  • Ensure outlets maintain proper display arrangements, cleanliness, and a professional customer experience.
  • Identify operational improvements to increase productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Support management in business planning, new outlet setup, or expansion projects when needed.
  • Good communication to liaise with the Government authority and other agencies or stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sales, operations, or admin management (retail or gadget industry preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Skilled in Canva and other applications for presentations, and documentation purposes.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel.
