Job summary

A leading healthcare retail company is seeking a Senior Executive to support the sales team and drive growth. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. Responsibilities include assisting the sales manager, conducting product presentations, and providing training to healthcare professionals. Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential. The role requires travel and the candidate must possess their own transport.

Qualifications

Overview

Senior Executive to support the sales team and drive growth in our expanding business.

This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist sales manager to achieve set sales target and other company KPI together
  • To work with key account, manage and communication
  • To study and understand assigned products info
  • Conduct product presentations, training, and technical support for healthcare professionals
  • To travel outstation with own transport
  • Support marketing activities including events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • To inject with new ideas or pass experience on how to increase sales performance
  • On fields visit to gather products feedback from market and execute planning assigned by company
  • To monitor performance of others sales representative then provide report and suggestion for improvement.
  • Safeguard company property and handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (healthcare/pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage)
  • Proven experience in servicing chain pharmacies and managing key account agreements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Willing to travel; must possess own transport
  • Basic computer skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Words)
  • Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow
  • Willing to travel or relocate to Bukit Raja, Klang

Providing 12 hours a day, 7 days a week full time pharmacist service.

Designing the store with a modern, open concept to maximise interaction with customers and merchandise. With this successful concept, CARiNG Pharmacy is growing fast within the Peninsular Malaysia.
