Overview

This role exists to keep licensing approvals and production moving smoothly, accurately, and on time. The Production & Approvals Coordinator supports the Entertainment Marketing team by coordinating licensor approvals, production steps, and information flow between internal teams, licensors, and supply partners. This is a detail-heavy, hands‑on role where accuracy, follow‑up, and clear communication really matter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approvals & Licensing Coordination – Coordinate end‑to‑end licensor approvals, ensuring submissions are accurate, complete, and aligned to licensor requirements. Manage licensor systems and portals, including large file uploads and record keeping. Track approvals timelines closely, double‑check submissions, and follow up to keep things moving.
  • Product & Design Support – Support jobs from brief stage through production and delivery. Brief design studios on required changes and manage feedback loops. Assist with sampling, prototypes, testing requirements, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder & Regional Coordination – Act as the day‑to‑day point of coordination between global teams, China suppliers, and regional stakeholders. Maintain a clear two‑way flow of information, including milestones and schedule changes. Confidently follow up and push back when processes are not being followed.
  • Systems, Admin & Detail Management – Maintain strong records for approvals, client communications, and auditing. Manage approval documentation, sample tracking, shipping, and related admin. Support Product Manager with pricing inputs, licensor approvals, and production timelines.
