- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction after each therapy session and conduct follow-ups to encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain therapy rooms and the center in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
- Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of center equipment to keep it in optimal working order.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments and therapeutic interventions.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to create a safe and professional environment.
- Assist the company in overall marketing events and activities.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the superior or manager.
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant qualifications in a health-related field.
- This position requires 5.5 working days per week with a monthly basic salary and performance-based incentives.
- Provides exceptional customer service with a proactive and professional attitude.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Competent in the use of computer systems and applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
- Team player with the flexibility to collaborate across departments and support centre operation.
- Physically fit and able to perform therapy sessions that may require standing, bending, or light physical effort for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
