A healthcare institution in Subang Jaya is seeking an HR Executive to manage employee administration, support performance reviews, and ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in any discipline, along with a qualification in Human Resource Management. Fluent communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. This role requires at least 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on administrative functions and employee engagement activities.
Employee Administration: Manage confirmation, transfers, and resignation processes, including documentation, letters, database updates, exit interviews, and filing.
Performance & Rewards: Support performance review cycles, verify submissions, prepare increment/bonus letters, and maintain related records.
Benefits Administration: Process employee claims, coordinate with Third Party Administrators (TPA), manage insurance claims, and lead annual programs such as Long Service Awards and Productivity Sharing payouts.
Annual Practicing Certificate (APC): Coordinate APC renewals for nurses and other allied health practitioners to ensure all related staff hold valid practicing license throughout employment.
HR System (MyHR) Support: Assist employees and HODs with system usage, troubleshoot issues, manage attendance and leave queries, and support overtime/allowance submissions for payroll.
Employee Engagement & Events: Assist in organising staff engagement activities.
General HR Operations: Respond to staff enquiries, prepare certification letters, support communication to employees, maintain personal files, monitor HR inventory/budget, and provide coverage for team members on long leave.
Compliance & Accreditation: Support all HR-related requirements for hospital accreditation and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Hospital Management Team and the Administrator, Human Resources.
Degree/Diploma in any discipline with a Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Computer literate and comfortable with HR systems.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Knowledge of additional languages/dialects is an advantage.
Prior experience in administrative functions is an added benefit.
