Job summary

A leading medical facility in Selangor is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist. You will conduct vital tests to assist in disease detection and treatment. Job description

Responsible for conducting tests that provide crucial information for detecting, diagnosing, treating, and monitoring disease.

Ensure accurate, precise and timely reporting of test results to clinicians.

Perform quality control, institute preventive maintenance of equipment, monitor inventory, and ensuring policies and procedures are followed so that testing output is maintained at the highest possible standards.

Participate in quality improvement, promote and support continuing education and research at all levels within the laboratory.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Microbiology or equivalent from a recognized university.

Candidate will be required to register as an allied health practitioner under the Allied Health Professions Act.

Adequate understanding of laboratory procedures and established protocols.
