Responsibilities
  • Handle customer registration and accurately record health parameters.
  • Deliver therapies in a professional, effective, and customer-focused manner.
  • Actively promote and recommend company services to clients.
  • Schedule and manage client appointments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction after each therapy session and conduct follow-ups to encourage repeat visits.
  • Maintain therapy rooms and the center in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
  • Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of center equipment to keep it in optimal working order.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments and therapeutic interventions.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to create a safe and professional environment.
  • Assist the company in overall marketing events and activities.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the superior or manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant qualifications in a health-related field.
  • This position requires 5.5 working days per week with a monthly basic salary and performance-based incentives.
  • Provides exceptional customer service with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Competent in the use of computer systems and applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple appointments efficiently.
  • Team player with the flexibility to collaborate across departments and support centre operation.
  • Physically fit and able to perform therapy sessions that may require standing, bending, or light physical effort for extended periods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Malay, and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
