The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Engineering with a specialisation in Electronics, Photonics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics, along with 2-3 years of experience in a mass production environment. Responsibilities include supporting failure analysis, collaborating with engineers for continual process improvement, and conducting reliability studies. The role requires strong analytical skills and familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mass production environment.
  • Experience in fiber optic transceiver manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Hands-on working attitude with adaptability to changes.

Responsabilités

  • Support failure analysis and yield monitoring using available tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers for process improvement.
  • Conduct gage repeatability and reliability studies.
