Responsibilities

• Take initiative to improve products, processes, or molds continuously.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Prepare and distribute product documents and related specifications.
• Assist in testing new products, molds, jigs, or materials.
• Control and distribute new molds, jigs, and tools to production.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and service equipment.
• Perform Electrical, Mechanical, and Maintenance functions.
• Implement ISO Environmental Quality Management System and RoHS Compliance.

Skills

Take initiative to improve products, processes, or molds continuously to enhance quality and productivity.

Ensure proper usage and maintenance of PE & Maintenance Section equipment and other facilities.

Prepare and distribute Product Drawings, Parameter Settings, Operation Sheets, Product Technical Specifications, and related documents.

Assist in testing new products, molds, jigs, or materials.

Control and distribute new molds, jigs, and related tools to production.

Troubleshoot technical issues and service equipment.

Perform job-related Electrical, Mechanical, and Maintenance functions, ensuring equipment used for servicing/repair is well maintained.

Ensure all tooling is properly maintained and stored.

Implement ISO Environmental Quality Management System, RoHS Compliance, and achieve departmental KPIs.

Carry out any other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Post Graduate Diploma or above.
• Required languages: English, Mandarin, Malay.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the manufacturing process.
• Must be willing to work in Balakong, Seri Kembangan area.
