Job summary
A leading real estate agency in Seremban, Malaysia, seeks motivated individuals for a sales role. The position provides attractive commissions of at least RM5,000 per sale and includes one-to-one training. Ideal candidates should possess a positive attitude and be willing to learn; fresh graduates and those with a background in sales will be preferred. Opportunities for career advancement from Junior Executive to Manager are provided, along with yearly overseas incentive trips and team-building outings.

Responsibilities
- Calling prospects from HOT leads and making appointments.
- Doing sales presentations and closing at Developer Sales Gallery.
- Working as a team to provide excellent telemarketing and customer care.
Skills
Education
Basic RM3000-4500 based on experience
Monthly income more than RM5,000-RM10,000
One to one training
- No experience in property industry is required; minimum Diploma / SPM holder.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to learn with positive attitude.
- Possess own car, laptop or iPad.
- Prefer Sales Experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing.
- Relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in property sector is an added advantage.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administrative, Real Estate, or equivalent.
- Calling prospects from our HOT leads and make appointment with them.
- Do sales presentation and closing at Developer Sales Gallery.
- Work as a team to provide excellent telemarketing and customer care.
- Required to handle sales & marketing documentations.
- Attractive Commission (Commission at least RM5,000 per sales).
- One to One Training and Coaching.
- Yearly Oversea Incentive trip and quarterly incentive.
- Monthly Outing and Team Building.
- Career development from Junior Executive to Manager.
