Job description

We are seeking an experienced Event Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at JV GLOBAL EVENT SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time position, you will play a key role in the successful execution of our diverse range of sampling, roadshow, concourse event, and out of home activation. Your exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong client‑facing abilities will be instrumental in delivering seamless event experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of events, from logistics to promoter management
• Liaise effectively with outlet buyer, operation planning team, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery
• Manage event flow, track performance, and result oriented.
• Assist with the implementation of event marketing and promotional strategies
• Troubleshoot and resolve any on‑site issues or challenges that may arise during events
• Provide post‑event report, analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in event operations, preferably within the FCMG or on‑ground activation (Sampling, Roadshow, Concourse and etc…) industry
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with promoters and stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• A team player with a positive attitude and a customer‑centric mindset
