Job summary
A global manufacturing company is looking for a Production Planner in Penang, Malaysia. This role is responsible for managing planning activities within a workcell and mentoring team members to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and significant experience in planning and analysis. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes efficiency and accuracy in production scheduling.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience, or Master’s + 3 years of related experience, or PhD without experience.
- Thorough knowledge of MRP, lead times, and production scheduling.
- Experience in supervisory roles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage all planning activities for the assigned workcell.
- Ensure on-time delivery and maintain efficient capacity.
- Develop and reconcile the Master Production Schedule.
