A leading semiconductor solutions company in Malacca is looking for a project manager to lead transfer projects in a global environment. The candidate will manage virtual teams across manufacturing, engineering, and finance while ensuring product lifecycle management and improving operational efficiency. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics, 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, and be fluent in English. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of functional experience in the semiconductor industry, covering manufacturing, R&D, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience working within multicultural organizations and global teams.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and automation, including industry standards, benchmarks, and competitor practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead transfer projects as project manager or contribute as part of the volume core team.
• Support product ramp-up following transfer and ensure full product lifecycle management.
• Take post-qualification ownership of product/system and oversee change management.
• Serve as the business project leader for product transfers within the defined product portfolio.
• Actively contribute to focus teams in addressing production or quality deviations.
• Define and implement supply chain and production strategies.
• Identify cost or yield detractors through data analysis.
