Job summary

A leading value-added manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an EHS Officer to develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies. The role involves overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, conducting audits, and leading training programs. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in EHS roles, be registered with DOSH, and have a relevant degree. This position focuses on ensuring a safe workplace through rigorous risk management practices and regular audits.

Qualifications

• Must be registered as Safety & Health Officer with DOSH.
• At least 5 years working experience in a related field.
• Proven work experience as an EHS officer ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies.
• In charge of MyKKP system and DOSH licenses.
• Monitor environment performance for generators and equipment.
• Assist during government inspections (DOE, DOSH, BOMBA).
• Conduct audits on SHE practices and identify risks.
• Lead ESH Committee meetings and prepare minutes.
