Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in tooling development, machining, or precision engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of tools, jigs, fixtures, and weldment assemblies.
• Oversee tooling fabrication and qualification activities.
• Establish maintenance schedules for critical tools.
