Job summary
A leading retail food and beverage company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to manage sales strategies, ensure product quality, and lead the operations team. The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in the F&B sector, and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. This position involves developing SOPs, managing costs, and improving efficiency while motivating staff for high-quality service delivery. Travel may be required to other outlets.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of working experience in the F&B industry.
- Experience in food/beverage/restaurant service or equivalent preferred.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to meet desired revenue.
- Manage operating costs and outlet expansion plans.
- Work with F&B team to create new menus.
- Ensure product quality and service consistency.
- Develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Plan manpower utilization for efficiency.
- Lead and motivate teams to drive sales and customer service.
