Job summary

A logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a Logistics Operation Coordinator to oversee daily logistics and transportation operations. The role involves planning transport, coordinating manpower, and ensuring efficient operations by liaising with internal teams and customers. Candidates should possess at least an SPM qualification, with a year of relevant experience preferred. Strong computer skills are necessary, and knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage. Responsibilities

• Coordinate transport vehicles, assign manpower, and prepare required accessories.
• Communicate with marketing teams and customers for collections.
• Ensure customs forms are accurately prepared.
• Schedule in-house transport activities.
• Assign manpower for customer site operations.
• Arrange delivery of accessories for customer sites.
• Schedule drivers' daily activities and collection routes.
• Compile and submit daily collection summary reports.
• Oversee drivers’ daily work and verify punch cards.
• Maintain records of transport-related costs and prepare cost summaries.
