As the Transport Operation Coordinator/Executive at CJ RESOURCES PTE LTD, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and timely movement of granite product from Johore to Singapore. This full-time position is based in Johor Bahru District, Johor, Malaysia, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading player in the granite industry

What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating the dispatch and delivery of goods from quarries in Johore to Singapore
  • Managing and monitoring the performance of transportation providers to ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries
  • Optimising transportation routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintaining accurate records of shipments, deliveries and transportation expenses
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders to address any transportation-related issues or concerns
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of transportation-related policies and procedures
  • Providing support and guidance to the logistics team as needed
What we're looking for
