A leading semiconductor company in Penang is seeking an HR Systems Specialist to join their Global HR Systems team. The ideal candidate will support system configurations and testing within SAP SuccessFactors, collaborating with global HR initiatives. Applicants should have 1-3 years of HR systems experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. This role operates in a hybrid model, allowing remote work and in-office collaboration for continuous learning and innovation.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Systems Specialist to join our Global HR Systems team. In this role, you will support system configurations, testing, and improvement activities within SAP SuccessFactors, as well as participate in global HR initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with basic configuration knowledge who wants to develop a career in HR technology and digital transformation.
