We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast region who will be responsible for leading, developing, driving and implementing sales strategies and plans that support the organizational sales, growth and profitability goals, and work with the distributor's sales team to achieve sales objectives.
CORE EXPERIENCES YOU MUST HAVE...
1. To deliver East Coast region sales and profitability target and market Share objectives
- To achieve monthly and annual sales turnover as per target set. (Sell In & Sell-Out target)
- To improve and achieve market share of YHS products
- To meet distribution (RAO) target and merchandising objectives for Must Sell SKUs (MSS)
2. Building Organizational Goal
- Setting direction and regular coaching and engagement to sales team in order to meet company's objectives
- To drive and increase Sales force effectiveness (SFE) of master routing coverage and Hit rate & call rate.
- Manage and control AR of distributors and direct account as per company policy and guidelines
3. To develop and implement sales strategy.
- To identify growth opportunities area and increase efficiency with distributors to achieve win-win situation
- To increase Central region P&L target, increase forecast accuracy and control trade spend
- Manage the promotional fund within the budget allocated to meet sales and marketing objectives and ROI.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS YOU MUST HAVE:-
- Min a Diploma qualification in Business/Commercial/Finance or any equivalent.
- Min 8 years solid experience in FMCG industry, with at least 5 years experience in managerial role.
- Preferable in Sales & Distributor management, with regional exposure.
- Plus point for SAP system user.
