Job summary

A leading organization in compensation management is seeking a Regional Manager for Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility. This position involves leading the development of compensation strategies to support company growth and engage in regional market competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. This role requires a proactive, results-focused leader to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple countries.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of total rewards and global mobility experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or leadership role.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, FMCG or fast-growth multi-country business.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of regional compensation philosophy and structure.
  • Design and manage international assignment policies.
  • Partner with Country HR on rewards solutions and local implementation.
