Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and account reconciliations for multiple entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements.
• Review monthly management accounts and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties such as auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee submission of tax filings, regulatory reports, statutory audits, and compliance documentation.
• Lead the implementation of new processes and accounting systems.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance, Fintech, or audit.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and automation tools using APIs.
• Familiarity with technologies such as RPA or methodologies like MACRO, VBA, and Power Query to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, resourceful, and a proactive team player.
• Open to challenging the status quo.
• Must be willing to commute to the Singapore office (Shenton Way / Telok Ayer / Raffles Place) 3-4 days per week during probation unless otherwise stated by the hiring team. Transportation allowance will be provided when required.
