Job summary
A leading regional financial services provider in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to lead and manage the Auto Finance business in Selangor. This role involves driving sales performance, building strong relationships with dealers and branches, and ensuring compliance with credit and regulatory requirements. Ideal candidates should have experience in managing sales teams and knowledge of compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Strong ability to build relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of credit and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales, disbursement and profitability targets for Auto Finance.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to meet KPIs.
- Monitor portfolio quality and address delinquency or risk issues.
Responsible to lead and manage Auto Finance business in the assigned region, drive sales performance, build strong dealer and branch relationships, and ensure compliance with the Bank’s credit and regulatory requirements.
- Achieve regional sales, disbursement and profitability targets for Auto Finance.
- Lead, guide and motivate the regional sales team to meet KPIs.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, branches and business partners.
- Ensure credit submissions comply with product, credit and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor portfolio quality and take action to address delinquency or risk issues.
- Prepare and provide regular reports on performance and market updates to management.
