Job description

Responsible to lead and manage Auto Finance business in the assigned region, drive sales performance, build strong dealer and branch relationships, and ensure compliance with the Bank’s credit and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales, disbursement and profitability targets for Auto Finance.
• Lead, guide and motivate the regional sales team to meet KPIs.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, branches and business partners.
• Ensure credit submissions comply with product, credit and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor portfolio quality and take action to address delinquency or risk issues.
• Prepare and provide regular reports on performance and market updates to management.
