Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transaction monitoring and AML.
• 2+ years in people management or leadership.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing TM&AML strategies.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the AML Operations team strategy.
• Conduct day-to-day operations and support escalations.
• Review potential matches against regulatory watchlists.
• Conduct research on potentially suspicious activity.
• Develop and maintain AML investigations procedures.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments for AML risks.
