Monitor stock levels and make necessary orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Organize and maintain proper storage of raw materials, tools, and finished products.
Inventory Control:
Oversee regular inventory counts and ensure that the warehouse database is updated accordingly.
Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and train a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high standards of performance andproductivity.
Safety and Compliance:
Address safety concerns and implement corrective actions when needed.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation, including logs, reports, and records.
Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and suggest improvements to optimize workflows.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, logistics, procurement) to streamline operations andresolve any issues.
A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Working Experience:
At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive sector.
Knowledge/Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
