A growing FMCG company in Pahang is seeking sales representatives to promote and sell frozen food products. The role involves identifying new customers, maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting market visits. Successful candidates will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and must be self-motivated and target-driven. A valid transport is required for travel. Attractive salary plus commission, travel allowance, and employee benefits are provided.
Promote and sell FMCG products (frozen food) to retailers, wholesalers, and end-users
Identify and approach new customers to expand market coverage
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct regular visits to customer outlets to ensure product availability and visibility
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market updates
Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Monitor competitor activities, market pricing, and trends
Attend sales meetings, product training, and company events
Cover sales territory across the entire Pahang area
Experience in FMCG sales preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, responsible, and self-motivated
Able to work independently with good time management
Willing to travel and must possess own transport
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Attractive basic salary + commission
