The role involves handling inventory forecasting, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring drivers adhere to safety protocols. Qualifications

  • Junior level specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule delivery according to inventory to minimize overstock.
  • Handle vehicle and driver issues promptly.
  • Monitor planned deliveries to ensure completion.
  • Communicate closely with clients and managers for any issues.
  • Work with the team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure drivers follow clients' requirements and SOP.

Job description

KEY Position to manage day to day planning delivery, arranging and monitoring operations(fleets & drivers), ensure SAFE DELIVERY of our clients' products to clients' customers on time and in accordance with the Company’s policies and clients' requirements.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Planning and scheduling for delivery according to stations' inventory (minimize overstock and out of stock) by analyze the supply and demand of stations' forecast and thus make inventory projections.

Make arrangment on resolve and follow up the vehicle issues, drivers issues and deliveries issues.

Do daily and weekly planning for driver and truck availability schedule.

Monitor daily planned deliveries complete by the end of the day.

Manage and monitor drivers' leave application and attendance.

Communicate with client and manager closely for any related issues.

Communicate with superior from time to time.

Work with the team to ensure operation run smoothly.

Play a KEY role to remind driver follow clients' requirement and work SOP.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Excellent knowledge of production planning and stock control principles (supply chain management)

Showing proficiency in MS Office

Possessing excellent arithmetical abilities

Having experience with data analysis.

Good communication abilities.

Minimum SPM or above.

FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply
