A technology solutions company in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to lead project assessments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high-quality customer service. Candidates should have at least an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science and 1-2 years of experience with HCI technology such as VMware and Microsoft AD. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule while providing necessary after-hours support.
Lead project assessment, design, implementation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Troubleshoot, resolve technical issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Perform preventive health checks and manage system configurations with clear documentation.
Ensure timely delivery of projects and high-quality customer service.
Handle escalations, report root causes, and drive process improvements.
Collaborate with team members and coordinate with vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary.
Work on-site and adhere to a rotating 24/7 shift schedule, including morning, evenings and nights.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Advanced Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years supporting HCI (Nutanix, Hyperflex, VSAN), VMware, HyperV, Microsoft AD, Exchange, Office 365, SharePoint, SCCM, Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!!
Knowledge of Cloud, Linux, Network, SharePoint is an advantage. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, customer-focused, and willing to work independently.
Fluent in English, good attitude, open to learning, and willing to work after hours if needed.
Must have own transport and valid driving license.
