• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Event Management, Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or related fields preferred)
• Passionate about events, kids/education-related activities, and on-ground execution
• Comfortable with hands‑on work (setup, moving items, coordination, problem‑solving on the spot)
• Strong communication and coordination skills (able to deal with branches, malls, vendors, and partners)
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays during event periods
• Good time management and ability to multitask under pressure
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn
• Possess own transport and willing to travel between branches, venues, and event locations
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, WhatsApp coordination is sufficient)

• Plan, coordinate, and execute company events from pre‑event to post‑event stages
• Coordinate with internal branches on event requirements (e.g. number of students, performance slots, stage time, props, rehearsal needs)
• Create and manage event run sheets, schedules, and basic logistics planning
• Liaise with shopping malls, venues, and management teams for event approvals, setup guidelines, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate event setup and teardown (stage, backdrop, props, registration area, etc.)
• Be present during event days to ensure smooth operations, crowd flow, and on‑time execution
• Act as the main point of contact between vendors, venue, performers, and internal team during events
• Source, approach, and coordinate sponsors or participating partners to enhance event experience
• Support basic vendor coordination (printing, sound system, decorations, etc.)
• Assist with post‑event follow‑up, simple reporting, and feedback collection
