【Job Summary】
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales force, build strong customer relationships, and grow our presence across Modern Trade, General Trade, and HoReCa channels. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate market insights into actionable plans, coach a developing sales team, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial direction and ensuring seamless execution from strategy to field operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Market Execution
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve AOP (Annual Operating Plan) and company sales targets.
• Plan and activate sales initiatives that drive distribution, visibility, and volume growth.
• Revive inactive accounts, identify market gaps, and penetrate new territories.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and outlet-level performance to guide decisions.
2. Key Account & Channel Management
• Manage and grow business across Modern Trade, General Trade, HoReCa, and other channels.
• Lead annual business reviews, promotional planning, and trade term negotiations.
• Oversee trade funds and ensure spending remains within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and trade partners.
3. Sales Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Sales Executives and Merchandisers.
• Conduct joint field visits to monitor performance and support trade execution.
• Implement clear KPIs, structured follow-ups, and accountability frameworks.
• Build a collaborative, performance-driven team culture.
4. Operational & Financial Excellence
• Work closely with logistics and supply chain to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
• Monitor territory performance, payment collections, and aging reports.
• Support finance and branches in resolving disputes, outstanding payments, and claims.
• Maintain accurate customer information and ensure proper documentation across the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    ・Bachelor's degree or Diploma
    ・Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales
    ・Minimum 2 years of management experience for a sales team.
    ・Having own car.
    ・Willing to travel

    【Advantage】
    ・Having experience managing MT/GT/HoReCa channels is highly preferred.
    ・Proven track record in sales management, key account handling, and trade negotiations.
