About the role J&T Express Malaysia is looking for a Market Training & Development Senior Executive to strengthen our market team’s capabilities and execution effectiveness.
This role focuses on building structured training systems, improving market execution quality, and enabling sustainable business growth across regions. You will work closely with market, operations, and management teams to translate business strategies into practical, scalable training and capability-building initiatives.
Job Descriptions
- Market Training & Capability Development
- Design and develop structured training frameworks for market-related roles (e.g. regional market teams, sales support, channel development).
- Develop and deliver training programs (online & offline) covering: Channel & customer management.
- Continuously refine training content based on market performance and feedback.
- Market Operations & Performance Support
- Support regions in standardizing market execution processes, guidelines, and best practices.
- Assist regional teams in improving market efficiency, execution quality, and collaboration with operations teams.
- Analyze regional market performance data and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide targeted coaching and follow-up support after training sessions.
<>Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Interpret market, revenue, and operational data to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support management with reports, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Build simple and practical performance tracking mechanisms linked to market outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Market, Operations, Finance, and HQ teams to align training with business priorities.
- Support change management initiatives related to market strategy, cost optimization, and execution improvement.
- Revenue, Expense & Business Analysis Support
- Guide franchise partners in understanding the relationship between revenue/expense structures and operating results.
- Support regions in root-cause analysis of network operational and business issues.
- Develop reusable business analysis materials and training content.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above; candidates with a background in management, finance, logistics, or business-related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network management, operations management, training, or related roles.
- Strong training delivery, presentation, and logical structuring skills.
- Ability to translate complex policies, systems, and financial concepts into easy-to-understand content.
- Practical understanding of network operations, cost management, and performance management.
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills.
