A dynamic eCommerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated individual to manage brand stores across platforms like Shopee and Lazada. The role involves implementing promotional campaigns, coordinating with marketing and logistics teams, and analyzing sales metrics. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Marketing or Business, along with experience in eCommerce operations. Managing brand stores on eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
Implementing monthly promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales
Coordinating with marketing, design and logistics teams
Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics
Updating product listings, pricing and inventory
Experience in eCommerce operations (1–2 years preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or any related field
Proficiency in eCommerce platforms and third-party tools such as Site Giant
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Google Sheet
Strong Communication Skills, able to provide concise information
Market Competitors Analysis & Ecommerce Data Compilation skill
Positive work attitude and able to work without much supervision
Working days: 5-day work and flexible working environment
Public holidays: Follow bank/public holiday schedule
