Job summary
A top logistics startup in Malaysia is seeking a logistics coordinator for a dynamic role in overseeing B2B and trucking operations. You will supervise schedules, manage 3PL vendors, and ensure delivery adherence to service level agreements. Candidates should have a logistics background, be willing to work in shifts, and must possess their own transportation. Responsibilities
- Supervise B2B and truck flight schedules efficiently.
- Liaise with 3PL for effective truck arrangements.
- Ensure trucking operations are within the SLA.
- Work closely with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.
- Resolve ad-hoc challenges to ensure delivery completion.

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
- Supervise the entire B2B & truck flight schedules
- Liaise with 3PL for all truck arrangements
- Ensure and ensure trucking arrangements are maintained within the SLA.
- Work closely with respective stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end trucking operations.
- Understand and solve ad-hoc challenges and issues to ensure the delivery is complete within SLA.
- Perform other duties as assigned
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:
- Able to work in shifts
- Has a background in logistics
- Experienced in managing 3PL vendors
- Able to coordinate truck arrangements
- You have your own transportation
