Skills
Education
✅ LLB Degree & qualified in Malaysia (or equivalent legal qualification)
✅ Minimum 1–5 years experience in Will, Trust, Probate, Litigation or corporate law (estate exposure an advantage)
✅ Strong understanding of:
- Wills Act 1959
- Trustee Act 1949
- Probate & Administration procedures
✅ Excellent communication & advisory skills
✅ Able to explain complex legal concepts in simple terms
✅ High ethics, responsibility & attention to detail
✅ Bilingual (English & Mandarin preferred)
Conduct professional consultations on:
- Wills & Estate Planning
- Living Trusts & Family Trusts
- Business Succession
- Special Needs & Minor Beneficiary Planning
- Recommend legally suitable and practical planning structures
Prepare, review, and verify:
- Wills (Wills Act 1959 compliance)
- Trust Deeds & Trust Instruments
- Deeds of Appointment, Guardian Clauses, Executor Provisions
- Liaise with partnering trust companies for proper structuring
Support business development team with:
- Legal explanations to clients
- Sales-legal handover
Conduct training, public estate planning talks, participate in expos, seminars, corporate talks, partner events
