Job summary
A construction firm in Malaysia is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to oversee and lead the QS & Contract team in daily operations. Key responsibilities include managing costs, budgeting, and both pre- and post-contract work such as estimating, tendering, and claims preparation. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in civil engineering projects and a strong ability to coordinate with clients and contractors. Qualifications
- Proven experience in overseeing and managing QS & Contract teams.

Responsibilities
- Oversee QS & Contract team in day-to-day operations.
- Manage costs from initial calculations to final figures.
- Undertake product and service development.
- Perform pre-contract estimating and tendering procedures.
- Handle post-contract tasks including cost estimation and claims.
