Job summary
An education technology company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Remote Student Advisor to support students and parents throughout their academic journey. This post-sales customer support role focuses on onboarding, feedback collection, and providing continuous assistance. Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin and English, possess a bachelor's degree, and have relevant customer service experience.
