Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Secretarial Manager to lead and manage our corporate secretarial function. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, managing a portfolio of SME clients, and overseeing a team to deliver high-quality corporate secretarial services.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced corporate service environment.
Manage a portfolio of corporate secretarial clients and ensure full compliance with Singapore Companies Act and ACRA requirements
Oversee company incorporations, strike-offs, and changes in company structure
Prepare, review, and approve board resolutions, written resolutions, and AGM/EGM documents
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of statutory registers
Advise clients on corporate governance and statutory compliance matters
Handle nominee director, registered address, and company secretary-related services
Handle in-house Corporate Secretarial Software and future software development/enhancement
Act as the key point of contact for clients on corporate secretarial matters
Communicate professionally with clients, auditors, banks, and regulators
Support relationship managers and management on complex or sensitive cases
Handle escalations and provide practical, compliant solutions
Ensure compliance with internal policies, AML/KYC requirements, and regulatory standards
Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions
Ensure corporate statutory documents are managed tidily
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure internal implementation
Diploma or Degree in relevant field
Relevant corporate secretarial or accounting experience is a bonus
Experience in a corporate service provider or professional services firm is preferred
Strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA regulations, and corporate governance requirements
Proven experience managing a team and handling complex corporate structures
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios
Proficient in MS Office and corporate secretarial software

5 Days Work Week
Working Hours:Monday to Friday (5 day work week)
Monday to Thursday 930am to 630pm
Friday 930am to 530pm
Location:Full remote
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience
