🔍 Role Overview
Your job is to turn winning scripts and creative concepts into performance-ready video ads that stop the scroll, hold attention, and convert.
You are not just editing videos. You are helping build ads that are designed to scale on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role requires speed, structure, and conversion awareness.
You will be responsible for:
- Hitting the hook immediately
- Maintaining engagement through pacing and sequencing
- Visually communicating product + outcome
- Matching each edit to the platform it’s running on
What You Must Be Good At
You should already:
- Understand why ads win or lose, especially in the first 3–6 seconds
- Know how to cut for retention, not aesthetics
- Follow scripts precisely — but improve pacing when needed
- Turn raw UGC, testimonials, and B-roll into clean ad flows
- Spot when visuals slow down the message and fix it without being told
- Work fast without breaking structure or clarity
This is a performance role, not a cinematic or branding role.
