A logistics and supply chain company in Selangor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound logistics, coordinate deliveries with related teams, and ensure adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems is a must, along with the ability to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Formación
Experience in warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Responsabilidades
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound operations.
Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely deliveries.
Conduct regular stock checks to prevent inventory discrepancies.
Implement operational processes to maximize efficiency.
Lead and train warehouse staff, ensuring performance standards are met.
