Job summary

A leading assistance provider in Selangor is seeking a skilled candidate for data processing and reporting. This role demands strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and experience in the assistance industry. Job description

Adhere to agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) for all administrative works relating to data processing, reporting to ensure seamless and efficient operations.

Collaborate with internal teams and conducting thorough verifications with external parties to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

Ensure reports are generated and delivered punctually to both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to informed decision-making.

Manage the setup of clients within our internal systems, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth onboarding processes.

Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using relevant tools. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback and enhancements.

Engage in projects related to data processing, reporting, and other relevant areas, contributing insights and expertise to enhance overall efficiency.

Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects related to data and reporting as they arise, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.

Uphold data privacy standards and maintain the integrity of our data, following best practices and guidelines.

Align with the company's policies, vision, mission, objectives, and business plans, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Technical/Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and macro development.
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Power BI for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization.
  • Able to read, write and converse in English
  • Possess effective time management
Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in any qualifications (Actuarial science is an added advantage)
  • Previous job experience in assistance industry (policy servicing/new business roles/customer service/reporting will be an added advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to construct formulas or macros will be given preference in selection process)
