Job description

We are a leading distributor of the latest consumer gadgets and proudly serve as the sole distributor for renowned brands such as Jisulife and Anker, Soundcore. In line with our continued expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and capable HR & Admin Officer to join our growing team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (files, attendance, leave, benefits).
  • Track employee attendance and leave applications.
  • Manage office access cards, keys, or security matters.
  • Process employee expense claims promptly.
  • Manage general office expenses, supplies, and purchases.
  • Maintain and update records of company assets.
  • Oversee office maintenance, utilities, and service providers.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks, including payment documentation and invoice processing.
  • Monitor dealers’ ageing reports and follow up when necessary.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist the warehouse team in maintaining accurate company inventory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong administrative skills, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to communicate in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
