Job summary

A prominent event management firm is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee trade shows and events within the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in trade show management and event planning and excel in project management and communication skills. This hands-on role involves extensive travel and collaboration with various teams to ensure successful event execution, budget management, and brand promotion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Salesforce.com is important.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of direct relevant experience in trade show management and event planning.
• Ability to work within strict deadlines and budget, and adept at multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage APAC trade show and event schedule including all logistics.
• Work with regional leadership to produce displays and signage.
• Develop and manage event-related sponsorships for brand exposure.
