Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Beauty Advisor in Selangor, Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer loyalty to the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have at least secondary school education, with a minimum of 1–2 months of experience in a beauty or retail environment. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to operate efficiently in-store.

  • Monitor store sales and KPI targets.

  • Minimize stock loss both in the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  • Ensure all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.

Customer Service

  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with brand standards.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently demonstrating brand values.
  • Use product knowledge to effectively engage customers.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to meet customer needs.

Education:

  • Minimum secondary school education.

Experience:

  • 1–2 months in a beauty, fashion, or customer-focused retail environment is an advantage.

Skills & Knowledge:
