- Strong background in B2C or fast-paced consumer sales.
- Experience as a Sales Team Lead/Manager managing teams of 10+.
- Ability to work in a fast, KPI-heavy environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive B2C revenue growth through inside sales operations.
- Lead and develop a 5-10 person sales team with performance tracking.
- Own the full revenue pipeline including metrics and sales productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality.
