A multinational consumer goods company is seeking an Ethics & Compliance Head for the ASEAN region. The role involves managing the Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to laws, and collaborating with legal teams. Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years of experience, strong business judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position promotes an inclusive culture and offers various employee benefits.
The Ethics & Compliance Head, ASEAN is accountable for effectively managing Reckitt’s Ethics and Compliance Programme in the region and for supporting Reckitt leadership in ensuring that all obligations under applicable Laws and regulations are being followed.
The individual in this role must have understanding of compliance processes, strong business acumen along with a firm understanding of relevant laws and regulations that are relevant for our Company, how regulatory bodies operate and ample experience in managing compliance risks.
