Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters and drivers depending on headcount.
• Receive inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers for timely deliveries.
• Monitor driver behavior to ensure high customer service.
• Assist fleet team lead in deploying and training new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and SOPs for parcel collection.

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on the number of headcounts
• Receive and inbound parcels from the linehaul team
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers to ensure all delivery activities are carried out in a timely manner
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure a high level of customer service
• Assist the fleet team lead in the deployment and training of new drivers where applicable
• Monitor and report KPI compliance
• Ensure the compliance of safety policies and standard operations procedures for in-hub parcel collection
