Role Overview

We are seeking a full‑time on‑site Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to effective communication and collaboration on our projects. This position is not freelance. The role will primarily focus on creating design and visual content for annual, sustainability and integrated annual reports. The environment is an Apple Macintosh workstation. Candidates must be available to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop thematic concepts and designs for Annual, Sustainability & Integrated Annual Reports.
• Collaborate with CD/AD, copy‑writers, team members and clients.
• Execute layout, graphs/charts and infographic creation.
• Fast execution of graphics and text edits.
• Ensure production and printing readiness, applying understanding of production processes.
• Manage time effectively, disciplined and strictly adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing thematic concepts, creative editorial design for annual, sustainability & integrated reports.
• Expertise in Adobe InDesign (heavy‑weight, multiple‑page documents).
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF and other applications.
• Good understanding of production and printing.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken). Malay language preferred.
